My goal in putting together this website is simply to provide links to existing articles and studies related to the positive and healthful benefits of wine. To me, it seems that there is plenty of evidence to suggest that wine has much to offer to those who are interest in healthy lives and lifestyles. Much is being written these days about how wine helps reduce ailments such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart attacks, strokes, and so, all in coordination with a healthy lifestyle in general, with some exercise and a good diet. Personally, I am convince that wine, in moderation, is part of a healthy diet. However, I am offering these links to you and hope that you will do your own research and reach your own conclusions. If you do that, I will feel that the purpose of this website has been realized.
